Shipping

DOMESTIC/STANDARD: all packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the US. Insurance and signature confirmation are mandatory for all orders and included in the flat shipping rate.

INSURED/EXPEDITED: All custom, personalized or 14k gold jewelry will be subject to additional shipping fees, as these packages will be insured for their full value. Please note that once delivery is confirmed, neither DYV nor USPS is responsible for your package. Expedited shipping available upon request.

 INTERNATIONAL: International shipping is available for select countries. Any taxes, duties and custom fees outside of the US are sole responsibility of the purchaser. Contact us for shipping rates. 


Returns

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We want you to LOVE your jewelry, and we get it, sometimes things don't work out. Wrong size, length or it just doesn't feel right. We offer exchanges or store credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise in new and unworn condition needs to be returned in its original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.

RETURN SHIPPING: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items in the mail. When returning your merchandise we strongly suggest adding insurance to the shipment for the dollar amount of the merchandise.

EXCEPTIONS: Please note that custom and personalized jewelry, sale items, and any rings in special sizes are non-refundable.


Jewelry Care

AVOID: To ensure your DYV purchase remains shiny and beautiful, we recommend removing jewelry before exercising or coming into contact with chemicals such are chlorine, bleach, cleaning agents, and lotions, among other substances.

TREAT: Silver and bronze naturally tarnish over time. This process can be beautiful as the metal develops a unique patina. However, if you prefer a clean, shiny look, we recommend that you clean it with mild soapy water, or a polishing cloth. 14k gold jewelry does not tarnish and can be gently cleaned with warm soapy water. To preserve the beauty of your jewelry be sure to treat it like the unique treasure it is.


Repair/Resize

REPAIRS/RESIZING: We're happy to help you re-size, re-adjust or re-arrange anything you are not 100% satisfied with (some fees may apply).  We will happily replace, or repair any DYV purchase at no additional cost or shipping charge if we deem the item defective due to our manufacturing.
